Welcome to Smithville First Christian Church

The heart of Jesus in the heart of Smithville!

Join us for Worship, Sundays at 10:30 am

Who We Are

We believe that Jesus’s love is for everyone. Come find that love here, and bring your questions and doubts with you. All people are welcome at the table with Jesus. At Smithville First Christian, all really does mean ALL.

Our church has roots in the Smithville community that stretch back as far as 1827, and yet we know that our history is only the beginning of our story. The future is still being written as we continually seek to grow in our faith and service and love for others.

We’re not perfect Christ-followers, and we don’t always agree. But, we know that we need one another. We were created for community. God didn’t intend for us to go through life alone.

So if you want to try a church that’s perfectly imperfect and filled with love, then come worship with us next Sunday. We’ll save a seat for you.

Children’s Church and Nursery Care available

Please dress however you feel most comfortable. You are welcome to arrive a few minutes early for coffee and donut fellowship if you like. Our service is typically about an hour long. We offer a Nursery for infants – preschool age children and Children’s Church for children age Kindergarten – 5th Grade.
